Woodlands Health Hospital Mural Painting

I volunteered to design on a blank wall that would be showcased at Woodlands Health Hospital. I created a design that aligned with the hospital’s theme and incorporated its logo, ensuring it reflected the institution’s identity. By adding flowers as an element as around Woodlands Health, many of their original designs consists of flowers. Collaborating with renowned artist Yip Yew Cheong, I had the opportunity to paint the wall together, gaining valuable experience while contributing to a meaningful and lasting piece of art for the community.

I volunteered to attend an art session on Nagomi Art, where I was paired with an elderly participant to create a drawing together. Although we faced some communication barriers, I was able to connect with my partner through patience and shared creativity. The experience not only allowed me to learn more about my partner’s story but also resulted in a meaningful and beautiful piece of art that reflected our collaboration.

What I Do

SCALE X 2024

I volunteered to work with students from Chulalongkorn University, where we collaborated to infuse both Singaporean and Thai cultures into shared experiences. I guided them around Singapore, allowing them to explore the city while creating meaningful memories together. As part of the program, I also performed for the organizers of Scale X and for fellow international students, representing my culture alongside peers from other countries.

SCALE X 2025

I volunteered to attend the second part of this event to deepen my understanding of Thai culture. We traveled to many tourist spots and ate delicacies. During the trip, I had the opportunity to explore how our courses were taught in another country, such as trying out 3D modelling. Beyond the learning experience, I documented our journey by recording the highlights of our trip and creating a video that showcased the memorable and enjoyable moments we shared as a team.
